Sheilah Olang
'OTHEMBLE'
It's time to stop watching and start acting.
As your future Women Representative for Migori County, I am committed to addressing economic disparities, improving education and healthcare, and promoting sustainable development. Our future depends on collective action and accountability. Let's build the Migori we envision together.

A Critical Political and Economic Situation
Article 81 of the Kenyan Constitution supports the political participation of Women and Youth and Persons living with Disabilities (PwD) through affirmative action.
Representation matters; Women Representatives champion gender-responsive legislation and policies. This ensures targeted investments to drive inclusive socio-economic empowerment, community-based interventions and grassroots solutions to challenges such as discrimination of PwD, Gender-Based Violence (GBV) and youth unemployment.
Our resolve, 'Yie Marwa,' is a call to action for self-determination. We aim for a future with equitable economic opportunities, ensuring prosperity and self-reliance for all in Migori.
